Q: How do you know exactly how long it is until Christmas?
A: Just visit Santa’s Countdown page!
Santa rides the slide into the Village Shops ice mall
When the Village Shops were built in a giant ice cavern under the Village, Santa
Claus suggested that, in addition to steps and elevators, they also create a giant
slide as a way to enter the ice mall. Santa tested out the slide today, gliding gleefully,
not to mention rapidly. With Santa being heavier than the elves that the slide was
designed for, he picked up a lot of speed and came flying off the slide as a red
blur and ended up spinning across the ice rink. The elves have nicknamed him "Slider."
SANTA'S JOB JUST GOT EASIER!
Santa's head elf reported today to the Holiday Post that while Santa was high up
in the sky testing out his new sleigh, the fog, rain and snow was so bad that it
was really hard to see through. When the
elves heard this, they quickly set to working on a new gadget that lights up to help
Santa Claus locate houses from below. They call it the Santa Beacon. Buy Now!
Follow Santa's progress on Christmas Eve with the Santa Spotter on claus.com. Check
how many cookies he eats and how many glasses of milk he drinks as he makes his way
around the world!
Closed, so everyone can watch the Reindeer Games! (Santa Claus allows this once a
year.)
