Q: How do you know exactly how long it is until Christmas?
A: Just visit Santa’s Countdown page!
Mrs. Claus attends grand opening of the new Village Shops
Mrs. Claus presided over the grand opening of the Village's remodeled shopping area,
the Village Shops. At the appointed time of 9:00 am VST (Village Standard Time),
she used the Village's ceremonial safety scissors to cut the colorful red and green
ribbon that had been draped across the entrance. Then, in keeping with the traditional
way of entering the Village Shops, Mrs. Claus hopped onto the looping slide that
zips you down into the giant ice cavern that houses all the shops. Everyone in attendance
then hopped on the slide to see the new Village Shops.
SANTA'S JOB JUST GOT EASIER!
Santa's head elf reported today to the Holiday Post that while Santa was high up
in the sky testing out his new sleigh, the fog, rain and snow was so bad that it
was really hard to see through. When the
elves heard this, they quickly set to working on a new gadget that lights up to help
Santa Claus locate houses from below. They call it the Santa Beacon. Buy Now!
Follow Santa's progress on Christmas Eve with the Santa Spotter on claus.com. Check
how many cookies he eats and how many glasses of milk he drinks as he makes his way
around the world!
It's skate day at the Workshop. They'll be putting the blades on the ice skates,
the wheels on the skateboards and the rollers on the roller blades. They'll also
be making safety helmets, knee pads, elbow pads and hand guards.
