Q: How do you know exactly how long it is until Christmas?
A: Just visit Santa’s Countdown page!
Elves dress Santa's dog, Cider, in holiday pooch paraphernalia.
You may not know that Santa and Mrs. Claus have a dog. His name is Cider, like in
apple cider. Each year, it has become a tradition for the elves to dress up Cider
in the most colorful holiday pooch paraphernalia. This year, the elves really piled
it on. Because of the big thick sweaters and scarves, Cider has ended up looking
like he has an enormous body and tiny head! Santa thinks it's pretty funny. To see
what Cider looks like without his Christmas duds, you can visit the Traditions room
in Santa's House in the Village.
SANTA'S JOB JUST GOT EASIER!
Santa's head elf reported today to the Holiday Post that while Santa was high up
in the sky testing out his new sleigh, the fog, rain and snow was so bad that it
was really hard to see through. When the
elves heard this, they quickly set to working on a new gadget that lights up to help
Santa Claus locate houses from below. They call it the Santa Beacon. Buy Now!
Nature elves lead the way today as they make kits for all kinds of cool stuff like
crystal growing kits, fossil kits, butterfly kits, even volcano kits. Santa Claus
will check with parents before delivering any volcano kits!
Follow Santa's progress on Christmas Eve with the Santa Spotter on claus.com. Check
how many cookies he eats and how many glasses of milk he drinks as he makes his way
around the world!
