Q: How do you know exactly how long it is until Christmas?
A: Just visit Santa’s Countdown page!
Village celebrates with annual tree decorating party
What would Christmas at the North Pole be without the Village Christmas tree. This
is a live fir tree that grows in a special place near Santa's House. Santa and Mrs.
Claus planted it long ago when the Village was first created. It has grown into one
of the most beautiful trees anywhere, even when it's not decorated. Each Christmas,
Santa leads the whole village in decorating it for the holidays. The colorful ornaments
are made by the elves, and many are hundreds of years old. Every year, Mrs. Claus
says the decorating for that year is the most beautiful yet!
SANTA'S JOB JUST GOT EASIER!
Santa's head elf reported today to the Holiday Post that while Santa was high up
in the sky testing out his new sleigh, the fog, rain and snow was so bad that it
was really hard to see through. When the
elves heard this, they quickly set to working on a new gadget that lights up to help
Santa Claus locate houses from below. They call it the Santa Beacon. Buy Now!
Follow Santa's progress on Christmas Eve with the Santa Spotter on claus.com. Check
how many cookies he eats and how many glasses of milk he drinks as he makes his way
around the world!
You may think you're on a farm if you visit the Workshop today because they are sewing
up all the stuffed lambs, cows, pigs, bunnies and horses. Toy tractors are also being
made in both red and green.
